Growing a garden is a good thing for you. In today’s world, a garden can be helpful in many ways. You may grow a garden for your happiness and for your kitchen.

And, when you plan on growing a garden, there are a few requirements to be met. In the requirements, you have to learn the climate, soil of the region and the local flowers and vegetables grown. If you know the direction of wind that will help you getting rid of the wind born pests. Once you learn those basic steps, you can move on to designing a garden. Now you are going to learn the basic requirements of a garden.
Seasons:
Season is an important factor in determining the vegetation of an area. The plants that you see around are adapted to grow in a particular season. Know the season and get those plants adapted to the season or you need a green house. For example, peonies love to flourish in winter and don’t try to flower them in summer it won’t flower in open in summer. Likewise, exclusive summer flowers like sunflower don’t grow in winter however you try. It may grow in your green house if you give the required temperature for the plant.
Climate factor:
A great deal can happen over climate for your garden. The climate has an importance in determining the weather pattern of your area. Rain and thunder storms are very much determinant on the climate pattern of the area. Climate also determines the length of a season and so it can be longer or shorter for each season.
Soil:
Edaphic factor is a factor you cannot forget. If you want to avoid loss, soil test is essential. Soil test is important to find the pH of your soil and to neutralize the soil or find plants that are in love with acidic or alkaline soils. Usually after test composting and mulching can bring many plants to your soil.
Flowers:
Once you know the soil, season and climate you can move on to the plants. And as you know the month is October and you have to find out the plants you would like to grow in your garden. And you know in the higher altitude it will be nearer to autumn and getting ready for winter. Find the plants that you can grow starting from October. Tulips, daffodils, and peonies can fill a small garden. Peonies can make a very good boundary layer. Peonies can contain daffodils and tulips for a colorful view. Window boxes full of peonies near your window are honorable for your house. Dahlias can grow behind the tulip layer and the luxurious blooms are so delicate. The shrubs like Erica vegans, Erica cernea and Viburnum are all very good for a background. Trees like prunus could be the focus of your garden and climbers like Vitis and Clematis could add some flexibility to your garden. Vitis and Clematis can very well be grown on your trellis.
Vegetables:
A vegetable garden in a landscape form is a little different. Learn to grow cabbages and cauliflowers in columns and rows. Grow tubers like carrots and parsnips for a healthy kitchen. A vegetable garden is an asset to you. Grow an array of herbs in your garden for your winter soup to keep you warm. A soup without herbs can measure up to be raw. It’s the best time to grow herbs and enjoy your garden. A reward is sure for you.
